7 Costs
Costs information may be requested upon instructing us in any matters.

In respect of consumer debt pre action protocol we endeavour to limit our charges to £50 subject to agreement in each matter.

 

8 Complaints
If in the unlikely event that you have cause to complain regarding the handling of your claim you should contact Michael Connell at the office who will be happy to discuss the matter with you. If your concern relates to a bill, if you are unable to agree this by way of the aforesaid procedure we can refer the matter to the Court for assessment or the complaints service.
